Using the PDF Upload Tool
Navigate to the PDF File Uploader Page on the website. You must be logged into the site already for this to show.
Using the Select File button, choose the PDF file you want to upload and click the Open button.
You will then click Upload File and you should get a successfully uploaded message. If you do not get a successfully uploaded message, it's probably because the PDF is too large. There is a 2MB file limit. If you need help uploading the file, please send it to email@example.com and I can assist getting it uploaded.
Once the file is uploaded, head over to the Dashboard and go to the "Uploaded Files" area. This will display all the PDFs that were uploaded, the most recent at the top.
Copy the File portion. This will be used to link to the PDF file in your posts/pages.
When creating a post/page, inside the editor, click the "add link" button, and then the gear to get to the Insert/Edit link options.
Paste the URL from the Uploaded Files into the URL field. The Link Text can be whatever you want it to be.
I would suggest checking the Open in New Window checkbox option as well. This will open the PDF in a new window when the user clicks on it.
When you're finished, click the "Add Link" button and the link will appear within your editor.
